Hélios won the Para-Judo World Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia, in the J2 -95 kg weight class, defeating Brazil’s Marcelo Casanova. He thus reclaimed his title and earned his third world title in Para-Judo!

This title caps off his highly successful 2026 season, as Hélios won all three of his competitions after returning to the sport following a broken hand that had kept him off the mat for three months.
