With support from the Endowment Fund, Florian competed in the Milan-Cortina Paralympic Games as the guide for blind athlete Anthony Chalençon.

After four challenging races that fell short of the podium, Florian and Anthony finally won a bronze medal on the last day of the Games, securing the twelfth and final medal for the French team. It was in the 20-km freestyle para-cross-country skiing race that the two athletes crossed the finish line in third place, behind Jake Adicoff of the United States and Oleksandr Kazik of Ukraine.

It was an indescribable moment for Florian and Anthony, who have been competing together in biathlon and cross-country skiing since 2022!
