Supported by the Sicame Group Endowment Fund, the Rugby au cœur project was developed by Arusa, the Santiago Rugby Association (Chile), and Rugby au cœur, the French Rugby Federation Endowment Fund. It represents an important step in the development of rugby and its social impact in Chile.
As part of the project, two French coaches selected by the FFR (French Rugby Federation) traveled to Chile to participate in technical training sessions for coaches from local clubs involved in the program, providing new educational tools for the development of the sport.
Several schools in the Santiago metropolitan area also took part in the project, participating in training days and allowing children to enjoy games, activities, and entertainment to discover rugby and its values.
The project ended on a high note with the Youth Rugby Festival, where our local subsidiary Comulsa was present, giving children the opportunity to share the Bicentenario stadium in La Florida with the Arusa clubs.
Strengthening the links between communities, schools, and rugby clubs, the Rugby au cœur project reflects the values of our Endowment Fund and those of rugby: solidarity, inclusion, and mutual aid.
