Sicame Group, founder of the Endowment Fund, places social responsibility at the heart of its fundamental values. As such, the Fund has supported the association Les défis du sport solidarité, which promotes social and professional integration through and in sport.

The association runs and finances a number of initiatives, such as sporting events and weekly sports classes for women from the "priority districts of the city of Limoges", helping them to develop and regain confidence.

Sports and cultural trips are also organized for adults with integration difficulties, to help them learn the rules of community life, rigor and self-improvement.

Les défis du sport solidarité invites company directors who are members or partners of the association to meet the participants at sporting events. In 2024, over 50 people were helped, 38 of whom were given the opportunity to work or train.

The Endowment Fund is proud to support this important cause by committing to this association and providing essential financial support.
