Reducing

social inequality

The Endowment Fund promotes social integration and equal access to electricity.

Électriciens sans frontières (Electricians without borders)

As a major player in the electrical energy market, Sicame Group takes pride in optimizing electricity access worldwide. To this end, the Endowment Fund supports an organization aligned with this activity: Électriciens sans frontières.

The Endowment Fund works closely with Électriciens sans frontières to improve living conditions for the world’s poorest people, by making energy access a driver of economic and human development.

In addition to granting financial aid to this NGO, Sicame Group applies its knowledge and expertise in electrical energy products and services to provide practical support for human and economic development projects, as well as for emergencies and natural disasters.

President of Électriciens sans frontières

Électriciens sans frontières is very grateful that we can count on Sicame Group’s support. Following the earthquake in Morocco on September 8, 2023, the Group donated over 650 solar kits, providing rapid and effective aid to help the earthquake victims, so that they once again had lighting and could charge their phones. The partnership agreement signed with Sicame Group will be particularly useful for our future projects.

Since

1986

Électriciens sans frontières has been using renewables to reduce inequalities in electricity access in developing countries, a key issue in the fight against poverty.

Made up of volunteer professionals from the electricity sector, the Électriciens sans frontières teams install sustainable electricity infrastructure in areas affected by humanitarian crises. To promote sustainable development, the NGO aims to facilitate energy access, thus empowering vulnerable communities and populations and improving their living conditions, health and educational opportunities.
